Job summary

Elusav Recruitment has a great opportunity with one of Ireland's most respected construction contractors for a Digital Construction Technologies Manager based in Dublin, Ireland. The role leads the Digital Systems Team, governing and supporting digital platforms across the business while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Information Management, Construction Technology, VDC/BIM or a related discipline.
• Procore administration or implementation experience.
• Significant experience within digital construction, information management, BIM/VDC, construction technology or related fields.
• Experience managing or supporting Common Data Environments and digital construction platforms.
• Experience leading teams, projects or operational functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven experience developing processes, governance structures and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Systems Team with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, standards, processes and reporting for digital construction platforms.
• Manage configuration, administration, and development of digital platforms to meet business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, user support, training and platform adoption initiatives.
• Oversee mobilisation, configuration and support of digital systems for projects across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure governance and consistency.

Based in Dublin, Ireland. The Digital Construction Technologies Manager will report to the Head of Digital Construction and will be responsible forthe leadership, management and continuous improvement of the Digital Systems Team,ensuring that the organisation's digital construction platforms are effectively governed, configured, supported and adopted across the business. The position provides leadership for project mobilisation, platform governance, user support, training, reporting, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Digital Systems Team, ensuring clear accountability, effective resource management and a culture of collaboration, service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain governance, standards, processes and reporting frameworks that support the effective management, optimisation and continuous improvement of digital construction platforms.
• Manage the configuration, administration, performance and ongoing development of digital construction platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and company standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships, user support, issue resolution, training programmes and platform adoption initiatives to maximise business value and user engagement.
• Oversee the mobilisation, configuration and support of digital systems for projects, ensuring requirements are captured and implemented effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams, Document Control, Design Management, VDC/BIM, IT and other stakeholders to ensure digital systems support operational requirements while maintaining appropriate governance and consistency.

Requirements:
