Job summary

Broadgate is seeking an experienced compliance tester in Dublin to own end-to-end testing across the business. You will design testing plans, execute tests, and present findings to senior stakeholders within a growing European hub.

The role demands strong writing skills and proven stakeholder influence in a regulated financial services environment. Reporting to the Head of Testing, this hands-on, 2nd line role requires an individual contributor with no direct reports and a focus on risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Compliance/Audit/Assurance testing.
• Experience interacting with the Central Bank of Ireland is highly beneficial.
• Experience designing and executing testing plans.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services business - Banking would be preferred.
• Strong report writing ability and experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to effectively challenge and influence business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design effective compliance testing plans of processes, controls, and governance frameworks
• Execute end-to-end testing and present final reports to the business
• Provide key insights and advice to the business based on your findings
• Support the broader compliance team with compliance risk assessments
• Ensure issues are tracked and corrective actions are taken
