Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the developer platform and tooling, driving automation, governance, and self-service capabilities across engineering teams. The role involves building and leading the roadmap for the entire function that spans three separate teams in a global, high-growth organization.

The position combines technical leadership with platform ownership, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, secrets management, and developer enablement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Solid understanding of observability and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the DevOps tooling and platform roadmap across the whole function.
• Drive cloud, automation, and developer enablement initiatives.
• Build and lead the roadmap for the developer platform and tooling across multiple teams.
