Responsibilities

• Stage a variety of customer-owned devices with required software according to defined staging instruction documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on outgoing devices using the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed before dispatch.
• Identify and communicate device staging challenges to the operations administration team.
• Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
• Support general warehousing responsibilities, including inventory handling and organization.
