Job summary

Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Operations team member in Ireland to provide reliable, accurate and responsive service across device software staging, admin of day-to-day activities, device trouble shooting, and warehousing duties.

You will stage customer devices per instructions, maintain records in the RTS, perform quality checks before dispatch, and support other operational tasks with a strong customer focus. Start ASAP; right to work in Ireland required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate information courteously and promptly.
• Willingness to learn new software and hardware configuration and techniques.
• Organise and complete tasks to deadlines; accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stage customer devices with required software per instructions.
• Maintain outgoing device information in the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
• Perform quality checks on staged devices before dispatch to the customer.
• Support general warehousing responsibilities and assist other operational staff as needed.
