Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Designated Services Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for designated Lifecycle Service accounts. You will own case progress through the full lifecycle, coordinating across support, engineering, and account teams to drive timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain incident reports, RCA content, and proactive communications with stakeholders while ensuring ongoing customer engagement and issue prevention.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise technical support or case management background.
• Able to coordinate across support, engineering and escalation teams.
• Excellent written communication for status updates and RCA content.
• Able to manage escalations calmly and build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the majority of support activity and case progress from open to resolution.
• Coordinate across support, engineering, escalation, and account teams.
• Provide clear status, next steps and technical direction to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Author incident reports and RCAs when required with technical analysis and remediation actions.
• Maintain visibility of open cases and drive progression based on impact and priority.
