Qualifications

• Experience deploying and administering NetApp storage systems (CDOT and 7-Mode) and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Proficiency with NetApp management tools such as OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and ActiveIQ.
• Strong understanding of storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NetApp concepts like SnapMirror, IntelliSnap, and snapshots.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for the 24x7 Storage Operations team serving Platform and Managed Services customers.
• Lead incident response, service requests, problem management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support NetApp cloud/hybrid solutions and perform ONTAP upgrades as needed.
