Halfords Group PLC in Leinster, Ireland, is seeking a Deputy Manager Designate for Carrickmines. You will support store management across local outlets, lead in-store teams with motivation, and receive comprehensive training to prepare for a permanent Deputy Manager role.

You will develop leadership, customer service, and operational skills, including health and safety compliance, scheduling, and sales targets, while fostering collaboration and a customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of managerial experience, preferably in retail sales.
• Experience managing and coaching colleagues.
• Knowledge of health & safety and retail operations compliance.
• Skills in labor scheduling and time management.
• Proven ability to deliver coaching and training to improve customer experiences.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, including attachment sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of current retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
