Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Carrick-on-Shannon. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and drive KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage and develop the store team, maintain stock levels and shop floor presentation, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts. A leaving certificate and 2 years of management experience are required; a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience as Assistant Store Manager
