Job summary

CPAC Modular seeks an experienced Design Manager and Senior BIM Lead to drive design development across multiple modular projects from concept through construction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with internal departments, consultants, suppliers and clients to ensure technically robust, compliant design delivery.

The role is based at our HQ in Dunshaughlin with five days on-site and optional remote work on Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Construction Design.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating ISO 19650 audits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development across multiple modular projects from concept to construction-ready detail.
• Manage a multidisciplinary design team and allocate workload.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams, consultants, suppliers and clients on design matters.
• Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations and approvals; coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and manufacturing design.
• Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams to meet BIM accreditation targets (ISO 19650).
