Job summary

CPAC Modular is Ireland's leading modular main contractor, designing and constructing high-quality offsite building systems. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site activity, driving safety, quality, and timely delivery on projects across healthcare, education and residential sectors.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulators while ensuring compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and building

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure materials, plant, and labour are available when required.
• Attend and lead site progress meetings.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and issues to senior management.
