Ideal candidates hold a degree in architecture and chartered status, with timber frame/modular experience and strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of on-time delivery is essential.

• Ideally Degree Qualified Architect.
• RIAI Chartered status preferred.
• Timber Frame / Modular experience is essential.
• Strong communication, planning and problem solving required.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development for modular projects.
• Manage design teams and consultants and ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with client, architect, consultants, factory and site teams.
• Review information for buildability and regulatory compliance.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure deadlines and permits are achieved throughout preconstruction and build.
