Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for a major Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will oversee electrical construction activities, coordinate sub-contractors, and ensure safety, schedule and quality across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in an Electrical Construction Manager role, with data centre and general contractor experience being highly advantageous. EU passport or Finland work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical degree or trade background.
• 5+ years in Electrical Construction Manager or senior site role.
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical site operations across the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme targets.
• Ensure electrical works are safe, on time and to quality standards.
• Attend and lead site coordination and progress meetings.
• Resolve construction and technical issues with project teams.
• Oversee health & safety, QA/QC, snagging and handover activities.
