Qualifications

• 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle client communications relevant to the project.
• Design management.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
• Ensure all HVAC deliverables meet project and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to schedule and sequence pipework installations.
• Evaluate and manage the project from a commercial perspective.
• Assist in documenting and costing changes to work scopes.
