Job summary

Exyte is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major data centre project in Finland. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality meet client requirements.

The role requires significant experience in delivering large-scale construction or engineering projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments, with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large construction or engineering projects.
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor packages.
• Strong understanding of project programme, commercial management, risk and change control.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major data centre construction project or major package.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction and project teams.
• Own programme, cost, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning teams.
• Manage subcontractors and key project partners.
• Build relationships with client and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions.
• Ensure milestones are achieved through planning and execution.
• Support commercial management, change control and project reporting.
• Provide leadership to wider project team and foster collaborative delivery culture.
