Job summary

Walls Construction in Ireland, Dublin region, seeks a Design Manager to oversee the technical management of our building projects. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with external consultants and third parties to ensure design integrity and delivery.

The role requires a degree-level qualification in engineering or construction management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in contracting environments, with a focus on safety, quality and timely

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in engineering, construction management or related subject.
• Post graduate qualifications and/or membership of Engineers Ireland desirable.
• Experience in a contracting environment is required.
• Ability to work to deadlines with health and safety and programme awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and oversee the technical management of the building project.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with third parties.
• Ensure design integrity, quality and timely delivery across interfaces.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.
