Job summary

Walls Construction is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex construction projects from initiation through to handover. You will act as the main contact for the project team, client and supply chain, driving progress and managing risk to achieve successful outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to programme, cost and quality control across multiple sites in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing variations and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage all project activities and resources, ensuring delivery against programme, cost and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and manage critical paths; implement corrective actions to recover delays.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, produce forecasts and monitor costs.
