Maxi Zoo Ireland Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Ashbourne Store. You will support store operations, lead the team with warmth, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding Maxi Zoo’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in deputy management in retail is essential.
• Ability to lead with warmth and empathy, especially in the manager's absence.

• Evidence of organisational skills and a path toward future store management.

Responsibilities

• Operate store processes, regulations and KPIs while supporting the Store Manager.
• Engage customers with personalised service and maintain a welcoming store.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to improve engagement and results.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, stock levels and planogram compliance.
• Uphold brand integrity and welfare of animals entrusted to Maxi Zoo Ireland.
