Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, invites applications for a Deputy Services Manager to join our Residential Services team.

You will work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) to support high-quality, person-centred services and empower people to make choices about their lives. In this role you will lead on person-centred practice, ensure safeguarding and inclusion, and help individuals build independence and meaningful community participation.

• Social Care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• A passion for person-centred practice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to quality, safeguarding and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services
• Work alongside the Person in Charge (PIC) to support service delivery
• Empower people to achieve their goals, build independence and actively participate in their communities
• Demonstrate leadership in a residential services setting and contribute to continuous improvement
