Lagardère Travel Retail (IRE) is hiring a Deputy Manager to lead a fast-paced F&B operation at Dublin airport. You will support the General Manager, manage staff, ensure brand standards, health and safety, and drive profitability across shifts.
The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic hospitality environment within the departures lounge.

The Deputy Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient staff performance. You will assist in managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance in brand standards, health and safety standards, and driving overall profitability. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for all aspects of restaurant management.
A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage or please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
