Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd at Dublin Airport is seeking an experienced Wait Staff member for a fast-paced airport bar/restaurant. You will provide friendly, courteous service and maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wines, beverages and desserts, while keeping high standards of presentation.

The role requires at least 2 years' hospitality experience, flexibility for early shifts (starting at 3am), and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Ensure guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the restaurant and bar.
• Maintain knowledge on menu offerings, wines, beverages, and desserts.
• Ensure Food and Beverage are served to high standards of presentation.
• Prepare and set up restaurant, bar, and F&B areas before and after service.
• Participate in all training.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, professional attitude with guests and colleagues.
• Carry out cash handling procedures per company policy.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Wait Staff member to join our team in a fast-paced airport bar/restaurant environment.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a busy bar or hospitality setting who thrives under pressure and delivers excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the restaurant and bar.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu’s, wine’s, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the managers high standards of presentation.
• To ensure that the food restaurant, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To participate in all training.
• To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

Please note that as we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work. You will be expected to work early morning shifts starting from 3am
