Job summary

Primark Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead one or more store departments, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the management team to run the store daily, oversee stock ordering and merchandising, and support your team’s growth within a structured framework.

You will manage shifts in the absence of senior leadership, contribute to a people-first culture, and help deliver a memorable shopping experience across our global brand

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
