Job summary

Primark Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead one or more store departments, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the management team to run the store daily, oversee stock ordering and merchandising, and support your team’s growth within a structured framework.

You will manage shifts in the absence of senior leadership, contribute to a people-first culture, and help deliver a memorable shopping experience across our global brand

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Oversee at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.

• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Engage in digital learning and career pathways to grow professionally.
• Oversee the store during shifts in the absence of senior management.
