Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling onsite projects, drawing preparation, materials organization and subcontractor coordination.
  • Assist with material purchasing, stock management and deliveries for ongoing site projects.
  • Communicate with the on-site team to resolve queries and variations.
  • Manage quality, risk and safety to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance to keep projects on time and within budget.

We are seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator or Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of onsite projects, drawing preparation, organising materials, and arranging sub-contractors.
  • Assisting with material purchasing, managing stock and deliveries for ongoing site projects
  • Communication and working alongside the on-site team to resolve queries and variations
  • Quality, Risk and Safety management of projects to ensure compliance with all required industry legislation and standards
  • Assist in monitoring project performance to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in the above tasks, with a solid track record in either Construction, Civil Engineering for both residential and commercial projects
  • Ability to read and prepare detailed drawings and use CAD software
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality outputs
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, sub contractors and site supervisors to secure best terms and resolve disputes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer skills
  • Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks, documents and priorities efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, flexibility to adjust to evolving circumstances and capable of independent problem solving

Hours of work are 39 per week, commensurate with an annual salary of€36,605.
