Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to join their busy Fresh Food Department and play a key role in supporting the Deli Manager with the day-to-day running of the department. The store is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Clane, Edenderry, Rathanagn and approximately 25 minutes from Naas, Newbridge, Maynooth, Enfield, and surrounding areas. Due to the early morning start times, candidates with their own transport are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to manage stock and control inventory effectively. This job also requires taking responsibility for the department in the absence of the Deli Manager, maintaining excellent merchandising standards and ensuring the deli counters are consistently well-stocked, fresh and presented to a high standard.
