Job summary

Centra at Ryan's Centra Raheen is seeking a Deli Manager/Chargehand to lead the deli team and ensure efficient operation while delivering high quality products to customers.

You will drive sales, manage margins and waste, implement planograms, train staff and uphold HACCP standards, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Supervisor/Manager role.
• 1 year' experience in a role with in-depth experience to fresh food.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience in gross profit and margins.
• HACCP and food safety training and compliant.
• Experience in ordering for deli departments and managing waste.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong numerical skills.
• Able to roster and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for the food industry; creative with fresh offerings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• 2 years`experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable
