Corrib Oil in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, is hiring a part-time Deli Assistant to prepare and serve high-quality food and support daily kitchen operations. You will promote the loyalty program and ensure HACCP-compliant practices while delivering excellent customer service in a busy service station.

Competenze

• Experience in food service or deli environment preferable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.
• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Prioritize customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.
• Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.
• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
