Job summary

Corrib Oil is seeking a part-time Deli Assistant for our Castlerea service station. You will prepare and serve food, manage daily kitchen tasks, and help with stock control and HACCP compliance, while engaging customers and promoting the loyalty programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in deli or food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to follow HACCP standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in a cost‑effective manner.
• Manage daily kitchen operations as directed by the Deli Manager.
• Maintain stock and portions, ensuring HACCP compliance.
• Promote Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme to customers.
• Support deli checks and uphold standards.
