Job summary

Corrib Oil is inviting applications for a Deli Assistant at our Service Station in Gort, Co. Galway. We value customer-focused individuals who are eager to contribute to a driven team and grow within a supportive, local company with over 35 years in retail and oil distribution.

As part of our deli team, you will prepare and serve food, manage daily kitchen operations, and ensure HACCP compliance. Weekend and evening shifts are available, with opportunities for career progression and staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Manage daily kitchen operations (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.
• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Prioritise customer care and service, promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.
• Carry out deli checks following training and maintain standards.
• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
