Job summary

Geely Auto UK seeks to establish a dedicated Ireland national sales company and invites ambitious automotive professionals to build a new national business from the ground up, supported by a global technology group.

The role focuses on retailer onboarding, facility development, systems integration, governance, and reporting, offering an entrepreneurial environment, regional exposure, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within automotive retail operations, dealer development, project coordination, administration or operational support environments advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative capability with high attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams or operational activities beneficial.
• Experience working within automotive OEM, distributor or retailer environments advantageous.
• Familiarity with dealer onboarding, operational systems or retailer support activities beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience maintaining trackers, reporting documentation and operational records.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of retailer onboarding and operational setup activities across the Ireland network.
• Maintain retailer onboarding plans, action trackers, implementation schedules and milestone reporting.
• Support communication and coordination between retailers and internal departments during onboarding and launch phases.
• Assist with retailer launch planning and operational mobilisation activities where required.
• Support tracking and coordination of retailer facility development, fit-out and CI implementation activities.
• Maintain visibility of retailer construction, fit-out and readiness timelines.
• Coordinate collection and review of retailer documentation, imagery and compliance evidence relating to facility development programmes.
• Support gate-checking and administration processes associated with retailer investment support and CI programme approvals.
• Support retailer setup and onboarding across Geely operational systems and platforms.
• Coordinate retailer integration into relevant operational ecosystems including vehicle logistics, parts supply and dealer management systems.
• Assist with coordination of retailer operational access, system onboarding and data setup activities.
• Support internal operational alignment between retailer onboarding, logistics, parts and aftersales processes.
• Maintain accurate retailer onboarding records, trackers and operational reporting documentation.
• Support preparation of retailer status reporting, onboarding updates and implementation summaries.
• Monitor onboarding progress and elevate risks, delays or operational issues where appropriate.

Main Responsibilities

Retailer Onboarding & Coordination

• Support coordination of retailer onboarding and operational setup activities across the Ireland network.
• Maintain retailer onboarding plans, action trackers, implementation schedules and milestone reporting.

• Maintain accurate retailer onboarding records, trackers and operational reporting documentation.
• Support preparation of retailer status reporting, onboarding updates and implementation summaries.
• Monitor onboarding progress and elevate risks, delays or operational issues where appropriate.

Education An Experience
