Job summary

Manguard Plus is seeking a Safety Specialist Supervisor in Dublin to lead the Safety Specialist team at a single client facility. The role involves supervising both day and night shifts, ensuring punctual, professional service, and maintaining strong client engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating handovers, monitoring KPIs, and reporting incidents. The role requires solid security experience, strong English communication, and leadership ability to maintain high standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' security experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• PC literate with Google Docs and Excel.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with onsite management to meet client expectations.
• Oversee AM/PM Safety Specialist teams for consistent service.
• Review handover and incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate updates and procedures.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor compliance with site rules, uniforms, and reporting requirements.
