Job summary

Securitas Ireland in Dublin 2 is seeking a Security Team Leader to secure premises, protect people and provide a welcoming environment for clients, staff and visitors. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of €50,000 per annum.

You will lead the security team, ensure training, manage rosters, incidents and reporting, and uphold the company values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness across client sites.

Qualifications

• Leads by example and communicates clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening and PSA licence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security team and manage rosters.
• Ensure training and tools are available for duties.
• Monitor incidents, respond to alarms, and report outcomes.
• Maintain site documentation and safety procedures.
• Support management with ad-hoc requests and audits.
