Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. Flexibility may be required from time to time to support operational requirements, client events, emergency incidents, or changes to site coverage.
Wages: €15.41 Base rate (as per ERO) Site Allowance of €4.09 per hour, €3.44 per hour additional payment on Sundays and €20.00 per Night shift worked (as per ERO)
The Safety Specialist Supervisor will supervise and support the Safety Specialist team at a client facility in Dublin. The role is responsible for ensuring the Safety Specialist operation delivers a best-in-class service by maintaining high standards of punctuality, presentation, professionalism, and positive engagement with the client, while supporting a safe and secure workplace.
The Safety Specialist Supervisor will work closely with onsite Manguard Plus management to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations, while supporting the effective day-to-day running of the Safety Specialist team.
The role will include oversight of both the Day and Night Safety Specialist shifts, ensuring consistency of standards, communication, reporting, and operational performance across both teams.
The Safety Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for liaising directly with onsite Manguard Plus management to ensure the team’s output meets and exceeds the expectations of the client.
The role will include oversight of both the AM and PM Safety Specialist teams, ensuring consistency in service delivery, reporting, patrols, escalation procedures, site compliance, and client-facing conduct across both shifts.
The Supervisor will support and review the shift handover process between AM and PM teams to ensure all relevant information, incidents, outstanding actions, and operational updates are communicated clearly and accurately.
The role will include overseeing and quality checking handover reports, incident reports, patrol records, daily activity records, and other safety and security-related documentation from both shifts to ensure all communications are accurate, professional, and completed to the required standard.
The Supervisor will conduct team briefings and ensure that both AM and PM team members are familiar with recent operational updates, site procedures, expectations, client requirements, and any changes to agreed processes.
The Supervisor will manage team schedules for break times, patrols, and other operational support duties, ensuring appropriate coverage is maintained and that both shifts operate in line with agreed procedures and performance standards.
The role will require monitoring team compliance across both shifts with site rules, uniform standards, personal device usage while on duty, reporting requirements, patrol procedures, and all relevant company and client procedures.
The Supervisor will review activity from both shifts to identify gaps, recurring issues, trends, training needs, or performance concerns requiring follow-up with onsite Manguard Plus management.
The Supervisor will ensure effective communication between AM and PM teams so that both shifts are aligned on current site procedures, client expectations, operational changes, and agreed performance standards.
The Supervisor will promptly escalation incidents, concerns, incomplete actions, or operational issues to onsite Manguard Plus management in line with agreed escalation procedures.
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
