The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience in cleaning or facilities, strong leadership, and a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of health & safety and cleaning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a professional corporate standard.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits, addressing issues promptly.
• Act as first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations including safe use of equipment.
• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report needs.
• Complete shift handovers, records, and incident reports accurately.
