Job summary

Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Ireland Branch is seeking a Data Solutions Delivery Lead to drive data strategy, governance and delivery within the IT department in Dublin.

The role focuses on developing the data solutions roadmap, aligning technical solutions with the broader data strategy, and governing data lineage and master data quality. A small team will be led and upskilled, with collaboration across IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Technical competences include key technologies and methodologies used in data delivery.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, PySpark and Unity Catalog.
Experience across Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the data solutions delivery, shaping strategy and roadmap.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with the data strategy.
Implement and govern data governance and lineage.
Upskill a small team of delivery professionals.
Maintain high quality master data and mapping documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on complex solutions.
