Job summary

Allianz Ireland is recruiting a Data Products Manager to own a portfolio of data products, dashboards, models and data services within the Data Insights Team. You will collaborate with Data Analysts to design, build and continuously improve data products that enable reporting, analytics and AI objectives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management will be essential to translate business needs into valued data products.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data concepts in General Insurance Property & Casualty.
• Experience delivering data products, dashboards and analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into well-defined data products and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a portfolio of data products aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data use cases and requirements.
• Shape vision, strategy and roadmap for the data product portfolio and report to the Data & AI Steering Board.
• Plan and deliver product increments with agile teams of Data Engineers/Analysts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports with accurate data.
