Job summary

Abbott in Sligo seeks a Data Product Lead to define, prioritise, and deliver data products that create measurable business value. You will bridge business, data and technology teams, ensure data is managed as a strategic asset, and establish governance, quality, and scalable processes across the organisation.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive adoption of analytics, automation, and AI capabilities to support Abbott Diabetes Care’s objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience in Data & Analytics, Data Product Management, or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering data products and analytics solutions that drive value.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, architecture, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmaps for data products and platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable data product solutions delivering value.
• Partner with business and tech to secure adoption and measure impact.
• Define data quality standards and governance to ensure trusted data.
