Job summary

Allianz Ireland in Dublin 4 is recruiting a Data Products Manager to own a portfolio of data products, dashboards, models and services, working with a team of analysts to deliver measurable business value.

You will translate business needs into defined data products, drive a data product roadmap with agile methods, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences; Allianz offers a hybrid work model, pension, health insurance and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of General Insurance Property & Casualty operations and data.
• Solid understanding of data concepts including data modelling, data warehousing/lakehouse platforms, BI tools and data governance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a portfolio of data products aligned with Allianz Ireland's objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data use cases and define requirements.
• Shape the vision and roadmap for the data product portfolio with regular updates to the Data and AI Steering Board.
• Work with Data Engineers and Analysts to plan and deliver product increments using agile methods.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and timely presentation.
