Job summary

SoftCo Group in Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of data processed across client projects. You will handle, verify and manage digital data files in line with internal standards and client requirements, supporting secure and efficient data services.

Working within a structured workflow, you will contribute to timely processing targets, maintain GDPR compliance, and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
• Experience with data entry and processing tasks.
• Familiarity with PDF, CSV, XML formats.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and input data in accordance with project SOPs and defined workflows.
• Work to achieve daily and weekly processing targets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Index and edit data files, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Conduct data validation and error-checking routines.
• Upload, transfer, and confirm data files with clients, maintaining clear communication.
• Liaise with clients to confirm data receipt and address ad-hoc queries in line with SOPs.
• Deliver project tasks such as data formatting, digital filing, and report preparation.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
• Identify and elevate issues or inconsistencies to the Production Process Controller or Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Use internal tools and systems to track progress and support workflow transparency.
