• Experience leading enterprise data capabilities or initiatives.
• Ability to define and implement governance frameworks in complex environments.
• Understanding of data ownership, stewardship, and federated governance models.
• Experience embedding data governance into programmes or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Musgrave’s data governance framework and operating model, aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Embed data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across domains.
• Lead the rollout of a federated data governance model across the organisation.
• Embed governance into transformation programmes and delivery processes.
• Establish and coordinate data governance forums for cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to integrate governance into workflows.
• Coordinate data ownership and governance with data integration design and movement.
• Support adoption of data governance practices including standards and policies.
• Define, track, and report metrics to measure governance maturity and value.
• Promote data fluency and accountability across the business.
