Musgrave is seeking a Data Governance and Operating Model Lead to establish and scale our enterprise data governance capability. You will define governance frameworks, embed ownership structures, and drive data stewardship across domains within a large, multi-brand retail group.

As Data Governance & Operating Model Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and scaling Musgrave’s enterprise data governance capability.
You will define and embed the data governance framework, operating model, and data ownership structures required to ensure that data is consistently managed, trusted, and effectively used across the organisation.
Working closely with business, analytics, and technology teams, you will drive the adoption of data ownership and stewardship across domains, integrating governance into key transformation programmes and business processes.
This role reports into the Head of Data Governance, in the IT division and the role can be based in Dublin or Cork.
This role is central to delivering Musgrave’s data strategy - ensuring that data is not just available, but owned, trusted, and consistently governed across the business.
By establishing a strong governance operating model, you will enable the organisation to fully realise the value of its investments in data, analytics, and AI.
