Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect - Agentforce/Data Cloud (French Speaker) to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data and analytics expertise. You will work on Data Cloud integrations with Salesforce Clouds to enable AI-powered marketing, sales, and service use cases.

In this role you will engage executives, evaluate architecture, and mentor teams while ensuring data governance, privacy, and ROI. The position is office-flexible with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (Written + Aural).
• Demonstrated success in implementing CDP/AI projects.
• Guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction.
• Good understanding of data modelling, integration, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally from Developer to Executive.
• Translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and ROI.
• Proactive, self-starting, able to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
• Value Data Ethics and Privacy; ensure solutions adhere to regulations.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluated by strengths for the role.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organisation, including how Data Cloud relates to AI success.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimisation strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design specific to Agentforce/Data Cloud.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or create Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders, aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
