Job summary

Molex is seeking a Business Development Manager – Data Centre Infrastructure to drive design-in opportunities and grow strategic infrastructure accounts across global datacentre ecosystems, with a focus on cooling, power and rack solutions.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, product teams and OEM customers to shape specifications, identify new market opportunities, and build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

Extensive years of business development or technical sales in datacentre markets.
Strong understanding of datacentre power architectures, liquid cooling and rack infrastructure.
Proven ability to secure specification wins and influence decision-makers.
Established relationships with OEMs, cooling providers, power equipment suppliers, or rack manufacturers.
Ability to convert complex multi-stakeholder opportunities into long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Drive design-in opportunities with engineering and product teams early in design cycle.
Grow strategic infrastructure accounts with rack manufacturers and OEMs.
Develop power, cooling and rack opportunities across distribution, busbars, liquid cooling, CDU architectures.
Influence datacentre architectures aligning with AI, HPC roadmaps.
Build ecosystem relationships with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
Deliver market insights on rack power density, liquid cooling adoption and AI infrastructure.
