Job summary

Modutech Switchgear Ltd, based in Ireland, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the data centre market. You will identify and win new projects, manage client relationships, and drive revenue for LV switchgear and critical infrastructure solutions.

You will work with our technical team to scope and price projects, own the pipeline, forecast, and numbers, and report directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development for electrical switchgear, power distribution or critical infrastructure.
• Track record of closing €200k to €2m contracts.
• Strong network in the data centre sector.
• Enough technical depth to read a single-line diagram and scope a project.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with data centre operators, hyperscalers, M&E contractors and electrical consultants
• Run the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed contract
• Work with our technical team to scope and price switchgear projects
• Own your pipeline, your forecast and your numbers
