Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Construction Manager for a Dublin-based Project Construction Consultancy to lead delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. The role requires managing site operations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record delivering data centre, mission-critical or high-tech facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities through the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and supply chain to meet objectives.
• Drive delivery to programme milestones, budget and quality standards.
• Lead health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and governance forums.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
