Global Professional Consultants Ireland is searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a critical Datacentre Project in Drogheda. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle and ensure project completion for a prestigious client.

The ideal applicant will hold a relevant degree, possess over 5 years of experience in project management within large-scale building projects, and have specific experience managing Datacentre projects. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK, preferably with a top contractor.
• Datacentre Project Management Experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet project milestones and financial targets.
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and lock-up protocols for all internal fit-out works.

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work on a Datacentre Project in Drogheda. The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the CSA packages and contribute to the successful completion of this large scale project for a blue‑chip client.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets.
• Oversee the full snagging, de‑snagging, and lock‑up protocols are completed for all internal fit‑out works through to final build completion.

Requirements
