Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Dublin team, leading detailed project programmes from pre-construction through commissioning. You will monitor progress, assess risks, and present updates to senior management while collaborating with clients and subcontractors across major data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction planning, ideally with a main contractor background in data centre/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience with planning software such as Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of BIM processes is desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results within complex project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, including bid programmes and master construction schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reviews to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead planning activities across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Represent the planning function in client and subcontractor meetings.
• Support project controls procedures and maintain accurate progress reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Mentor and support junior team members while promoting a collaborative working environment.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client partnerships.
