Qualifications

• Senior Commercial Manager with Tier 1 construction contractor experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, reporting, valuations and cash flow.
• Lead tendering, procurement and contract negotiations.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and supply chain management.
• Drive margin protection and commercial performance.
• Support dispute management and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with commercial policies and procedures.
• Provide reporting on financial performance, risks and contractual matters.
• Mentor Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
• Share best practice and drive continuous improvement across the commercial function.
