Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Product Design Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of structural design experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD; ability to create detailed drawings and BOMs.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes and fabrication practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural products, assemblies, and fabricated steel structures using SolidWorks and CAD software.
• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Support the design and development of data center aisle containment systems, equipment support frames, security caging systems, structural support solutions, and modular customer-engineered products.
• Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, project management, and installation teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
• Support prototype development, testing, and product validation activities.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and customer specifications.
• Assist in resolving production and field installation issues through engineering support and design modifications.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to develop practical engineering solutions.
