Job summary

Eliason Corporation is seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our Ireland-based team. You will design and optimize structural systems and products used in data centers and industrial applications, emphasizing aisle containment, equipment frames, and caging systems.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD is essential. Responsibilities include creating 3D models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and collaborating with manufacturing and installation teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Product Design Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of structural design experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and 2D CAD; strong understanding of structural analysis, materials, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural products, assemblies, and fabricated steel structures using SolidWorks and CAD.
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, BOMs and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and project teams to meet performance and cost targets.
• Perform structural calculations and support prototype development and testing.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and customer specifications.
